We have developed many special features to help you
develop and maintain your business and we are constantly developing new ones
to make your web site even better. Here are some of our most notable
features:
Easy to set up [Back to Top] Below, we describe some of our many features. We try hard to offer everything we possibly can and if you have a feature that you want added, let us know and if we can, we will do it. But, most importantly we want you to know that for your site to work you only need to register and give us a little information about yourself and your business. After doing this most of the features will work automatically and the ones that need further input are purely optional.
It may not seem like we have to mention this, but it an incredibly important
feature that we offer and that a lot of our competitors do not. With our service
you choose your own domain name and when a visitor comes
to your site they will find nothing but your site. There will be no advertising or
links to where they will find other realtor sites (unless you include them). Domain name registration and fees are completely handled by us as long as you are our customer. Not only do you not have to pay extra for it, you don't have to worry about it.
We have several basic designs to choose from and we are always open for ideas for new designs. After selecting a basic design there are thousands of possible color combinations. You can very easily select a new design and/or color combination and the changes will take place immediately. To make it easy we present several common choices of colors for each design and to make it even easier there is a default design that is already selected for you when you register so you don't have to worry about changing the design until you are ready.
In addition to your own email address from which you may send or receive email through your own email client (i.e. Outlook) we provide many email services. We have web mail so you can send or receive email with your email account from any internet connected computer in the world, just by visiting our web site. We have customizable emails notifying your users (See Users for info on how site visitors become your users) about new listings or sold properties. Information for those emails are pulled directly from your MLS data. These emails can be set up to be sent automatically when you get a new listing or a closing or sent periodically. These emails can very easily be sent to a single person or to many people.
Using the Internet Data Exchange System (IDX) we search the MLS listings to get the basic information and even a
picture
of each of your listings and we post it on your site. We will update
the status of your listings as they change to pending and then to sold.
We will keep your sold listings as well as your pendings and
actives. Your listings will show up in a short form on a listings page, there will be a detail page for each of your listings and you may quickly select (and deselect) listings to be featured on your home page. Of course this is just the beginning. You can edit
all of the information on your listing as well as add as many photos of
your listings as you want. You can add virtual tours, sound, or
other dynamic content. There is an easy to use site management section where
you can make these changes for free or you can have us make the changes
for very low fees. You can even order your virtual tours from our site. And we support membership in multiple MLS's.
Anyone who visits your site can register as one of your users which would give them the ability to search for a home from all the MLS listings, have the results emailed to themselves, be automatically emailed when new listings come on-line that satisfy their saved search requirements or just get an email that you have new listings for them and that they can contact you. Users may also request a value estimate of their home and you will be emailed their request. You can allow your users access to your schedule (see Calendar) or to information about events and deadlines that are happening during an escrow.
Manage all the information and documents associated with an escrow and share it with whoever you choose. Enter all events associated with an escrow, such as inspections or contingency deadlines and the information can be made available to whoever you associate with the sale. This is fully integrated with your calendar. Keep yourself organized and store all of your documents in electronic form.
You have a full featured calendar and address book that are integrated with your user lists and your email systems. Your calendar and appointments are available on the myRealtyPage web site, but you can also have them included in your site (www.yourdomainname.com). If you include your calendar on your site you can restrict it to just your registered users or let everyone see it or you can remove it entirely with just one button click (when you are logged onto our site). It can be returned just as easily. Your appointments can be made viewable by everyone, registered users or no one on a per appointment basis. Events related to an escrow will also show up on your calendar if you wish and their access can be limited to only people you select as being related to that sale. All of your preferences can be changed easily and unlimited times.
We provide links to local information, schools and weather. There are also links to loan information including many calculators and current loan rates. You may also enter, edit and delete custom links.
For free you can create and edit your own custom pages and create links to those pages on your web site. There is no restriction to the number of pages you can create. (There are some very liberal restrictions on the amount of data that you can store on our computer. This restriction is in place to protect our site and your site.) We are also available to help you develop custom pages and there may be some charges associated with this service. However, depending on the nature of your request, there may not be any charges.
Search Engine Optimization and Submission including keywords, page descriptions, and submission to major engines is all included in your service. We will also submit your site to many real estate listing sites and other sites that will link to your site. Those links will increase your search engine rankings. We may also offer facilitation of search engine placement for extra fees in order to get preferential search engine placement as many search engines charge for this service.
In addition to a fully trained customer service department which you can contact by email, internet chat (Yahoo! Messenger and several other messenger services), or by toll free number, we will, for a small fee, send a customer service representative to help you in your home or office.
You can upload your farm list to us and when you want to send out a mailing for a new listing, a just sold listing, a holiday mailing, or any other mailing we can grab any necessary information from your MLS data and you can create the mailer on our site and pay on our site and we will handle the rest. We can even remind you about mailings when certain events (like a new listing) occur.
