History
MyRealtyPage.com began simply enough in 1999 as a web developer creating sites for individual realtors. While these sites were rich in content, they were cumbersome to change. As more and more features were imagined, it became clear that a system would have to be created where it was easy to maintain and update these increasingly sophisticated sites.
After over two years of development, myRealtyPage.com, in 2002 was ready to deliver what we felt was the most feature rich and easily maintained real estate website on the market.
Mission
Our mission is very simply to offer the best real estate website on the market at a better price than sites with vastly inferior features and service. To us, having the best site means two things: one that you have any feature that will help you sell houses, get listings or manage your time, and two, that you can set up your site in a very short time and after that your site will stay current and perfectly operational with out you spending another minute on it. We intend for your site to allow you and your customers to do anything that can be done on a real estate website, without requiring your input to maintain that usefullness.
Vision
Of course we envision providing the best product and service at a great price, but we have more specific things in mind. We plan on adding new features and refining our existing features until we facilitate every possible aspect of real estate sales and brokerage. The obvious extrapolation of our current plans is to develop similar services for lenders, escrow companies, title companies, appraisers, termite and home inspectors, etc. to create a secure home on the internet for an entire real estate transaction. Such a system will ensure that all parties, and only those parties, will have access to all the information and disclosures needed, that all meetings or events are coordinated, that any problems are prevented or quickly acted on, and that all records are properly maintained.
VISION UPDATE: We have made great progress. We now offer complete websites for lenders and for insurance agents and we have features that allow for co-operation between the various professionals involved in an escrow.
